Epilogue ~

One year after.

The sun seemed exceptionally bright today.

I shifted uncomfortably, sweat beads formed on my forehead, I lifted my arm, wiping my forehead rather awkwardly. A groan escaped me and I stopped, allowing the damaged weed fall from my hand. I straightened my back, wincing slowly on hearing the cracks.

“Come inside now, your skin looks too red already.” A familiar voice says behind me. I palmed my lips into a thin line, groaning slightly as I stood up, my knees cracked painfully hard. Okay, maybe I’ve been kneeling down here, uprooting these damn weeds for way too long.

“You know, we have a gardener that can do this. It’s literally his job description.” Vanessa says, eyeing my body, her nose scrunched slightly in annoyance.

“You know, gardening is good to let out all these stress you’re carrying. Maybe you should join me tomorrow. I still have to clear that part.” I gestured at the other part of the garden that’s still undone. I glanced at Vanessa who was gazi

If you have to tie up loose ends after the epiloge, you didn't write it well enough. The concept was good. The execution lacked big time. Not a well written Werewolf story. Sorry.
