Elena~

(This chapter is just between Vanessa and Elena.)

A loud shriek had me running from where I stood and to Vanessa’s room. I pushed the door open to see Vanessa sobbing loudly, thrashing around even as Darla tried to hold her down.

I looked at Darla who was also crying, trying to hold Vanessa down as she thrashed around.

“Vanessa.” I whispered, making my way to her. I climbed the bed, pulling her tightly to me.

“My baby, not my baby. Not my baby.” She cried out, eyes red and leaking tears, nose snotty. She gripped my sleeve tightly, looking me deeply in the eyes.

“E-Elena.” She croaked out sobbing loudly. My heart broke into a thousand pieces watching her cry her heart out. I swallowed the lump in my throat and hugged her. She held unto my shoulder tightly, crying so hard.

“My baby. I want my baby. I- I want my baby.” She choked out, crying the more. My throat tighten as I glanced at Darla who was also crying.
