"I am no show off," I refuted the claim with a smile, wishing that I indeed had the confidence to show off like she said.

"Then what do we call this?" She said and almost immediately, threw several dagger-like bolts my way, causing my survival instincts to kick in and I skillfully dodged them all.

"It's called saving my butt from your assaults," I replied, my chest rising and falling rapidly as I tried to calm my loud breathing.

"Okay, then let's see how long you can keep it up," Temmy said, and without giving me a second to catch my breath, she waved her hands together and just like before, the dagger-like bolts came my way but this time, it was with so much intensity that I found it difficult to keep up.
