I sat at the kitchen island, watching Alex and Josh prepare breakfast. The tension in the room was suffocating and any attempt I tried to make to start a conversation was answered in grunts and shrugs. Hannah was gone, and I wasn't human anymore. In less than twenty-four hours all our lives changed majorly stunning all of us into silence. The silence wasn't even awkward, there was no where to start the conversation. So silence would just have to do. I walked to Levi's room to take a minute to gather my thoughts.
