Chapter 7: The Incident in Karelia

Alexander POV;

I rushed to the hall when the guards told me that my uncle, Marcus, had arrived. Entering the room, I couldn’t help but notice how old my uncle looked like compared to how he looked only a year ago. He aged so quickly. His wrinkles were more defined, and his back arched more. Yet, he kept his light brown hair well-dressed, and his clear green eyes kept their glance. Green eyes were a family trait. All males in my bloodline had green eyes.

"I missed you so much, it feels like ages since I saw you last time," I said hugging him.

"I missed you too, nephew," he replied while hugging me back. "Tell me why you summoned me by Alpha order, I am a little worried and you know I don't like being at the pack house," he said looking at me. I knew he didn't like being her. That was why I never insisted he would come. I had to summon him by alpha order when he declined Robert's call several times.
