”River is missing, search everywhere," I mind-link all the guards and the servants at the house and outside. "Robert, we have to find her before Raphael tracks down her blood!” I told Robert while walking to the side door. His scent was leading me there. She must have used this door. My suspension was confirmed when I saw her tracks in the snow. It was freezing cold even for a werewolf. Great, if Raphael doesn't kill her, the cold definitely will. "There is no way she can survive in this cold for long," I told Robert while both of us followed her tracks to the tree line just behind the house where her tracks died out because of snow. Her scent was strong though meaning she was here just now. Robert and I took off following her scent. Both shifting mid-run.
