“Dolphus, I can't believe you greeted that demon that way!” I countered, immediately after the vampire King was out of hearing.

“What should I have said? His Majesty? I’m the Grand Gamma of the whole werewolf Packs.

If you as a healer can’t call him that, do you think I should?” He tossed at me and I nodded.

He was actually right.

No matter what, we should be loyal to our King and not another King.

“Are you feeling good? Do you feel pain anywhere?” I asked him and he shook his head.

“No, I think they are healing up,”

“It’s the medicine that Esme fed you yesterday when you were having a fever,” I told him and he just nodded at me.

“You didn’t act strange to her, right?” I asked, raising my eyes at him suspiciously.

“I went to bed immediately you left,” he replied as if telling me that I was thinking much about it.

“That’s good then. I will be going now,” I muttered, standing up from his bedside.

“Is it painful?” He asked and I looked at him unaware of what he was talking
