Mated To The Exiled Omega

RYLEE Startled by the knock on my front door, I sat up in bed. I had been trying to get some sleep for the past few hours, but sleep seemed to have evaded me. Maybe, it was because my new apartment still felt unfamiliar. This was my first night in my new apartment in a different town. The knock on the door continued and I let out an exasperated sigh, hopping out of bed. My gaze rested on the clock, my brows furrowing when I saw the time. 11: 23pm. I wondered who my visitor was. I didn't know anyone in town. Cautious, I grabbed the lamp holder and made my way to the sitting room. I switched on the front porch light and walked towards the front door. Hesitant, I reached for the door knob and unlocked it. Then, I pulled the door towards me. Clutching the lamp holder tightly, I peeked out of the door, my eyes widening when I saw the man leaning by my front door. He had a mane of black hair that covered his forehead, eyes and the upper part of his nose. There was something else I noticed

VINCENT Her honey colored eyes were wide with fear even as I approached her. She seemed to be terrified of me, not that I cared. I just needed to understand why her flowery scent was bothering me so much. The first time I'd perceived it, was the night I had ended up at her house. I had been too out of it to investigate the reason why my wolf became restless each time we perceived the scent. The slave squeezed her eyes shut, once I was close enough. Her flowery scent hit my nostrils and I nearly groaned. My wolf had just been alerted. His excitement caused him to take over. When my fangs protruded, I knew that my eye color had changed. It was at this point that I realized why my wolf was reacting that way. The small creature cowering in front of me, with her back to the wall, was my mate. With a growl of annoyance, I pulled away and turned away from her. I didn't want a mate. Infact, I'd been doing just fine without a mate. Even if I was going to have a mate, why on Earth would it be

 RYLEE   'Mate!' Sky, my wolf said and my jaw dropped as I continued to stare at Alpha Vincent. His scent was that of the earth, right after a rainstorm. I was stupefied by the fact that he was my mate. Chills crawled down my spine and my heart pounded frantically. "What?" His cold voice snapped me out of my stupor. "I-I-" He strode towards me and grabbed me by the forearm. Then, he dragged me towards the door, his nails digging into my skin. He pushed me to the ground and glowered at me. "Get out!" He roared. His eyes had turned red and there was a golden ring around his iris. I had never seen anyone with such unique eyes. I stumbled to my feet, knowing that he could really hurt me if I remained anywhere around him. I took off in the direction of my new room. 

RYLEE All of this was a bad dream, so I thought. My knees had just buckled and I felt like time had come to a halt. "You have nothing to say, do you?" Alpha Vincent said and I shook my head. "You're talking about Rose? She went missing?" I said. "That's right. Where did you take her?" Jared asked. "I didn't kidnap her, I swear. I wouldn't do such a thing.
