Reunion.

Aubrey's POV

" Let me check this out." I told Ellie whose gaze bored into mine. Then I walked towards the garden. I stood in front of Amber, eyeing her suspiciously.

“What do you want?” I asked her, my gaze was intent on her and I made sure to keep my distance.

“Not here, can we go for a stroll?” she asked

I kept quiet, I didn't want to be alone with her and I was very reluctant to go on a stroll with her. I couldn't trust her.

“Please,” she said,

“We are in a public place if you are worried about being alone with me.” She said, with a helpless smile on her face.

I sighed, I really did not want to go with her, but I had to hear what she had to say. Reluctantly, I decided to follow her.

" Have a seat." She ushered but I refused, and she rolled her eyes, " Really, Aubrey? Do you really think I am here to harm you?" She asked and we sat down by a bench.
