The shots echoed in his ear even through the protective headgear he wore. His hand was steady but not as it normally would be. He had too much on his mind and it was affecting his skills.

What was this feeling in his heart? Whatever it was, it wasn't allowing him to shoot properly and that frustrated him. He was about to put the weapons down until someone stopped him.

"You came." The ravenette said when he turned around.

"You called." The other said in return.

"You're not going to give up that easily are you?" Her voice rang in his ears as she referred to Alec putting his gun down.

"The gun doesn't seem to want to do what I want it to. I'm normally a perfect shot." he said.

"I know, I've seen you." Lilith came up behind him and raised Alec's hands to the target again.

He was so close Alec felt her breath on his neck, his back was against her chest and her arms wrapped around Alec's hands steadying the gun for him.
