chapter seven

The ride down to the stranger's house was eerily quiet. He and I were the only ones in his car which I was grateful for just in case I had another melt down.

I knew he could feel my eyes on him with the way he kept glancing at the rear view mirror but not once did I look away.

After a while, he sighed.

“Do you want something?" He questioned and I immediately nodded.

“Did I offend you? If I did, I didn't mean to" He sighed again.

“You didn't offend me"

“Then why are you being so grumpy all of a sudden?" He was quiet for a while then he let out a chuckle and some sort of happiness filled my heart. Gosh, I need to stop feeling all these things for this man that I didn't even know.

For one, he could even be worse than Jason and this nice Guy was just a facade.
