"Luna!" Helen rushed into my embrace and I held her close. "I'm so sorry, Luna. I put you in trouble. I'm so sorry."

"What? Don't say that. It's all my fault. I should be the one apologising. You went through so much just because of my stupidity," I could still remember her dangling from Hunter's chokehold. He could have killed her there.

She had tears in her eyes as she held my hand to her cheek.

'I came as quickly as I could.'

'Thank you,' I was grateful that she could read the room.

"What do you need help with?" she asked.

"That," we both turned to Grace. "Help me look after her and let me know when she wakes up."

'Report to me first, please. If the Alphas find out first, they'll kill her. I have something I need to ask her.'

She nodded and bowed, "Yes, Luna. I'll do my best."

'Also… can you tell me about the other mates-' she went rigid immediately, freezing with wide eyes as she remained in a bow. Her actions made me nervous and I knew immediately that something was up.
