Driving home from work, I felt nothing but relief. From here on out, there weren’t any more secrets. The feeling was freeing. I’ve never been the kind of person that had secrets to hide, so the last several months were killer.

A couple weeks later, Tim and I planned to have supper after I left the office. He had just finished up his last final and he wanted to celebrate with me. It felt like forever since I seen him other than the laundry drop off and pick up every so often for the last month. He wanted to really focus and make sure he got good grades.
