The 4 year old boy sat in the floor crying because his mommy wasn’t coming home. Daddy told him mommy went away and was never coming back. The little boy didn’t understand why mommy would leave as he was too young to understand his mom had been murdered.

Daddy was mean now and would yell at the little boy all the time. The little boy missed his mommy and wanted her to come home. She loved him and Daddy didn’t.

Daddy would not give hugs like mommy did. Daddy didn’t give him good food like Mommy did. Daddy just gave him pieces of bread with nothing on them all the time. The little boy would cry because he was hungry and his stomach hurt a lot. When he cried Daddy would get madder and would stick him in his room and lock the door. The little boy learned not to cry so much. He would bite the inside of his cheek to keep from crying out loud so daddy wouldn’t leave him in his room. The little boy learned that when he was locked in his room he didn’t even get bread.
