Skye's POV

"You stay here. Alec's birthday is two months away. So you'll probably be staying here a little longer than I anticipated." Nathan said, chuckling, as he helped me get comfortable in the guest room that I was going to stay in.

I just watched him with my arms crossed as he put blankets and sheets in my bed.

"Well, aren't you nice." I spoke contemptuously, I was still mad at him for tricking me earlier.

He said that it was his room, but it turns out. It was actually my mate's room!

I didn't think of the scent that was lingering inside since they were brothers, and some tend to have each other's scent similar or wafting to one another.

"I already said I was sorry. I didn't mean to get you into trouble."
