Chapter 24

Skye's POV

"I heard what happened last night. I thought everything was okay between you two?" Keira asked me while we walked into the streets to this shop she was telling me that sells good coffee.

School was suspended for the day for unknown reasons. But it's not like we were complaining about it.

Instead of going home, we decided to go around town. And come to think of it, this might actually be my first time strolling around.

I usually just go to school then back to the pack house again, except of course the party thing that I attended, but aside from that, my days have been pretty much dull and have the same routine every single day.

I've always felt that I've troubled them too much, not to mention it's Alec's mother who's been paying for everything for me. So I try to stay away from trouble as much as possible.

I wonder where she is now. I've never seen her again after the first day I got here.
