Chapter 62

Estelle POV

We walked to the guest rooms, and my head was full. I couldn’t stop thinking about what had just happened; I didn’t even know this about myself. I never thought about it; flashes of me killing those rogues just kept on ringing in my head, and I couldn’t stop it.

“This is your room, auntie.” Aurelian voice cut me out of my thoughts. I looked up, and I just realised everyone was in their rooms except the first aunt. I don’t even know her name.

“Thank you, son,” she said, touching him and Felix’s cheeks.

“We would take our leave; please have enough rest,” Aurelian said, bowing slightly, and I did the same. He held my hand, turning to leave.

“Wait,” she said. We turned around.

“Yes, auntie?” Aurelian said.

“I want to talk to her privately,” she said, and I wondered what more she has to say. I don’t think I want to listen anymore to what she has to say; I have a feeling I won’t like it.

“Okay,” Aurelian said, giving me a look. I breathed out, removing my hand from his.
