I struggle to get away from the hands grasping at me. My body feels numb and cold. I scream as I try to force my way out of reach. I can feel the nails from the hands gliding across my body, digging into me as if they were trying to pull me down. “Get away from me!” I yell out, swinging my arms frantically.I can hear a menacing laugh all around me. The faint smell of sulfur brushes my nose as I wake up in a room tied down to a creaky old bed. My eyes are blindfolded, I'm unable to see anything. Through the blindfold, I can see traces of light shining through. “Hello? Where am I?”Where am I? Or seems to be something I've been saying a lot. It's not like anyone would respond to me anyway. I struggle to pull my arms free but I'm too weak, I can feel the ropes rubbing on my skin. “Well, it seems you're finally awake,” a soft feminine voice echoes in the room. I can feel her hands go under my shirt and start rubbing all over my chest.“I've been waiting for you to wake up”.I can feel a sense of calm wash over my body. I felt almost safe to be here. I start to let my body relax and my mind goes blank. I lay there waiting for anything to happen. I can hear the sound of metal clanking as it I sit there. The voice that I just heard is no longer there. I look to the left of me and see a box against the wall. I crawl over to the box and hide behind it. The scraping of the metal stops as a man enters into view. He is holding a knife and is covered in blood. He's wearing a white lab coat and a mask of what looks to be a pig. He stands there for a second before continuing to walk down the hall scraping his knife against the wall. I stay hidden behind the box staying as low as I can. I wait until I can't hear the scraping and clanking of the knife on the wall before I use the box to stand up.“I wish the feeling in my legs would come back already”. I sit on the box massaging my legs. I try to stand up and walk but I can only stand for a few seconds before wobbling and falling over. His voice impales my ears like a hammer hitting a nail. I sit at the tree not saying a word, my heart races as I wonder where he came from. I attempt to peek around the tree but am unable to see anyone standing there. The woods behind me were dark, littered with eyes peering over bushes and behind other trees. The wind was cold as it brushes against my beat-up body. All I can think of is getting far away from anywhere near here. I can't see the man but I know he's standing there, waiting for me to answer.
