Chapter 3 Blackmailing the Lynch Family

Water Palazzo, the Lynch family’s manor.

Quentin brought Tamara into the lavishly decorated living room. He hid away his arrogance and respectfully greeted William Lynch who was sitting on the couch.

"Hello, Mr. Lynch. This is my sister, Tamara. She was with Sebastian a month ago, which led to her pregnancy. How should we go about this?"

Tamara hated this. She bit her lip and clenched her fists.

She was nothing but a bargaining chip for Quentin.

However, she could not fight back. After all, it was the least she could do for the Simmons family.

"What a joke!"

William’s wife, Yareli Baiss, sneered. She stared disdainfully at Quentin.

"Are you saying that Sebastian took advantage of your sister? How can you prove it? You don’t need me to remind you how open the younger generations are, do you? How dare you blame your own actions on us? You must be out of your mind!" Yareli did not hold back on her words. Tamara’s face fell, and she turned to leave.

"Haha… Aren’t you planning to put the blame on us? Why are you leaving so soon? Or did I hit a sore spot?" Upon seeing Tamara leave, Yareli mocked cruelly.

Quentin grabbed Tamara by her arm and whispered, "Be good, Tamara. Don’t forget what I said to you. You’re part of the Simmons family, so you have to play your role!"

Tamara shut her eyes and tried to compose herself. Her lip almost bled from how hard she was biting down on it.

Quentin turned around and smiled apologetically before taking out a few photos.

"Mrs. Lynch, here’s the proof. Sebastian did indeed take advantage of my sister. My sister is a good girl. She would never mess around and usually stays at home. We won’t ask for much. As long as Sebastian marries my sister, we’ll let this slide. But if you don’t agree, you’ll be leaving me with no choice. My sister’s reputation is on the line here. We don’t have to make a make big deal out of this, don’t you agree?"

William and Yareli looked through the photos and frowned. "I’ve never met anyone more shameless than you! So what if she was taken advantage of? Our family is way out of your league!"

All of a sudden, a servant came in hurriedly. "Bad news! Old Mr. Lynch fainted!"

"What?"

At the hospital outside of the operating room, Sebastian rushed over.

He was dressed in a branded suit, and his hair was neatly cut. His handsome face looked emotionless, but his eyes betrayed his panic. An intimidating aura followed him wherever he went. He stopped in front of Yareli. "Mom, how’s Grandpa?"

Yareli looked devastated. "Your grandpa is still in there…"

Before she finished, a surgeon came out from the operating room. "Old Mr. Lynch is fine for now, but things can go wrong at any moment. If you wish to speak with him, now’s your chance."

The nurse came out with an old man laying on top of the hospital bed. The old man was awake. When he saw Sebastian, he weakly grabbed onto him. "Sebastian, you came…"

"Grandpa, you’ll be fine," Sebastian was worried as he said in a lowered voice.

However, Old Mr. Lynch was relentless. "I’m worried about your future. Don’t waste your life waiting for that woman. Get married and have kids. Let me be at peace…"

"Old Mr. Lynch!" Suddenly, Quentin rushed forward. "Are you alright, Old Mr. Lynch? Don’t worry, Young Mr. Lynch will get married soon! His girlfriend is pregnant! Sebastian Jr. will be running around soon!"
