Chapter 33 – Talking About The Future

I couldn’t sleep because I was too engrossed in the most amazing feeling I had ever felt. Zara has given herself to me fully now. Our matebond was completed. I have been completely on board with knowing that this could have taken a lot longer than it has. And have put my time and love into showing her that I will never leave her.
Not only does she have my mark, but now my scent is mixed with hers, even stronger than the scent from that wolf who had raped her repeatedly. So now everyone will know that she belongs to only one man. Me.
I also told her for the first time that I love her. I have wanted to tell her for a while, but I did not want to overwhelm her. Hearing her say she loved me also made me happier than I imagined it would.

ZARA Today is like every other day. Wake up cooking and cleaning. Thank god Samson let me be today, and there was no cleaning in the Master and Mistresses room. ZARA When I woke up, the sun was rising, and Bryan are is already awake and waiting for me. We eat a bit of the leftovers from last night, and then he tells me to go undress and wash up in the river before I shift into Sierra's form. I do as I am told, and when I am shifted, we run. We have been running for a few hours when Bryan stops up, looking around the wolf to get in a defense position. Noises of someone getting closer reach us, and four big wolves come up to us, one emanating with a lot of power, even more than the master had. The biggest one, a brown wolf, suddenly shifts, and a big naked guy with dirty blonde hair comes into sight instead. “Who are you, and why are you tread passing on my land.” He asks. Before I know it, Bryan shifts and stands just as naked as the other guy. “My name is Bryan, and this is my granddaughter. We wish no harm and are just passing through on our way to The Royal Moon Pack.” I guess that must be the pack’s name where my parents are. “I see.”
