Meeting!!!

"Sir, the old Luca has called you over for a meeting at the law firm about the madame's demand for divorce," Grey muttered standing before the desk of the almighty Maximus heir, he had his head bent slightly as he held onto the report in his hand.

"Which lawyer did they find this time around? I thought you had all the lawyers paid off already. Are you becoming incompetent?" Adriano said with an arrogant tone, his voice sounded lazy but at the same time enchanting.

"I had them all paid off, no one was willing to take the case till the law firm from 6 months ago. They refused all the money from our side and choose to support Lucas." Grey said shakingly, he took in a fearful breath. He could feel the boss's anger raising.

Adriano's eyes stilled, his gaze turned piercing as the Atlantic's. They haven't anyone who dared sidestepped him in years but it seems someone had appeared, he raised his gaze and the slick glasses he was wearing came into view. He looked sexy and enchanting in his glasses.

"Who dares?" He questioned bringing his hand forward to take off the glasses. Grey took in a deep breath at the Boss's appearance, he was already used to seeing the boss but it felt like it was the first time every time.

"The law Fi.., umm I mean firm's name is called Lalisa or Lisa something," Grey responded in a disoriented tone, he took in a deep breath after speaking.

"Lalisa hey! What time is the meeting? Prepare the car, we will be attending the meeting." Adriano said after some thought, he couldn't wait to see the firm that dared defile his orders.

"It's at 9 am Boss, if we leave now we will get there in time." Grey said, "I will have the car and the driver ready in 2 minutes." Grey added bringing out his phone.

"And the car is ready," Grey muttered after two minutes.

Adriano nodded and returned to the paperwork he was busy dealing with before his assistant came in, after 2 minutes he stood up and prepared his phone picking it up as he walked out from behind the desk towards the door.

Grey followed after the boss as he stepped out, he had gotten the car ready for the trip. The firm was a little far from the company.

Driving through the busy street, the car came to a halt in front of Lalisa's firm. Adriano raised his gaze from his cellphone and glanced at the firm before him, he had no expression on his face. The firm was colored dark and white and with some tones of grey color, he nodded his head at the style.

Climbing down the car as the door was being held by his assistant, Adriano slicked out his suit jacket and then matched towards the entrance. Grey closed the door and went after him, he stepped in front of the boss as they got closer to the door. He opened the firm door for the boss and he stepped in and then Grey went after him.

At the reception desk, the receptionist raised her head from the paper works when she heard footsteps coming towards her. "Good day sir, how may I be of help to you? Do you have an appointment?" The receptionist questioned politely.

The receptionist had her eyes wide as a sauce when she first saw him coming towards her but she had fixed her gaze, she valued her job more than fanning over male demigods. Adriano did not answer the woman as he glanced around the environment nonchalantly, Grey stepped forward in his place.

"A meeting scheduled by Lucas, we are here for that," Grey muttered bringing forth his card toward the receptionist. The receptionist nodded her head and clicked on her computer to check the data,

"8th floor, conference room by the right." The receptionist remarked nodding her head that his invite was correct. Grey nodded his head willing fully and grateful and then turned his head towards Adriano.

"Boss, I have gotten the direction. The elevator…" He trailed off pointing towards the elevator. Adriano nodded his head and strode towards the elevator, his long legs looked sexy in the suit pants he wore. He was looking like male k-pop idols, that sang and acted in movies.

Arriving at the 8th floor Adriano and Grey stepped out of the elevator, Grey led the way and it took them towards the conference room. He pushed the door open and stepped in, he clicked his tongue in distaste when he stepped in. "No one has arrived yet? What a disrespectful Firm." He murmured silently.

Grey opened his mouth to speak but kept it shut before speaking, he decided it was better to keep quiet than get caught in Adriano's anger. The door made a creaking sound and he turned his head towards it, he heard heels clicking and he thought the madam had arrived.

Mia stepped into the conference room while talking to Dylan about the case, she was busy pointing out the strong front where they had the advantage to win in court. "Get all the materials prepared as I have just addressed, do not leave any stone unturned in getting evidence," Mia muttered as she raised her gaze.

"I understand," Dylan muttered glancing at the person that had his back turned toward them.

Mia clicked his tongue before opening her mouth, "Mr. Luca, I did not expect you to get back earlier than I did. Pardon me for coming late, please take a seat." Mia said her tone holding a professional tone and also a slight freeness in it.

Adriano's body stilled when he heard the voice behind him, he slowly turned his body as his grey eyes flashed with incomprehensible expressions in them. "I am not Mr. Luca." He replied.

Mia raised her gaze towards the man at his words and her eyes turned to slight sauces, widening in surprise but not too evident.
