Back in the Times Part 7

-Killian and Harper in Another Time Frame-

Where have he gone? What does the words meant and why is there blood? Whose blood was it? Was it from the guy he was following? Or someone else's?

These thoughts were circling on Harper's mind when she heard the door creaking open, cutting her thoughts off.

"You're back." Harper greeted Paisley who did not bother looking st her as usual.

But this morning is quite different. Instead of ignoring Harper like what she alwayd does, Paisley was the first one to speak.

"That friend of yours with eyeglasses," Paisley sat on her chair, her back the only thing visible to Harper. She could not see what is Paisley's facial expression but perhaps, it is the usual poker face she has. However, it still make Harper happy that she tried to get along with he finally.

But Harper's smile faded away with her next words.

"He dropped out."
