Chapter 18

For the second time, I transformed myself into my werewolf form.

Scott and Katherine watched me as if I were like a pup that just got birthed into this world, and they looked so amazed, enthralled, and curious when they found out that I just learned to transform myself on the night that Scott saved me.

"Are you serious? Is this even possible?" Katherine asked.

I nodeed. "Yes, it is. I am the living proof."

"How was it?" Scott asked.

"The second time does feel less weird, but it still hurts. I feel like my bones are being cracked and my flesh is being ripped off of me," I said.

For the whole morning, Scott and Katherine did their best to be helpful and patient with me.

They taught me tips and know-how that I should know. The supposed hunting session became training, but they don't mind.

"It's much more interesting to watch you transform than hunt for a pig or a boar, Leila," Katherine said after she transformed into her form, which is very identical to Scott's.
