I couldn't let Kate and James use me to hurt Matthew. If they could use me once, they could use me many more times. I didn't allow myself to be Matthew's weakness.

“I will not let you achieve your evil wishes.” I didn’t hesitate to tell her.

“Now that you have no more decision-making power, all decisions are in my hands.” Kate said arrogantly.

"Really?" I smiled.

“Where do you get the confidence to talk to me like that? Do you think you're still Matthew's wife? Do you think you are still in such a high position to tell us?” Kate was angry. “I tell you, you are just a hostage in my hands right now. “James must have investigated a lot of things related to me.” I looked at her.
