Chapter one hundred and forty-seven

A truck was right in front of me, it went at extremely high speed towards me. It seemed that I was so small that the driver did not recognize me. He was still going at a very high speed.

I reflexively dodged the truck but my running speed couldn't be as fast as the truck's. In the moment I thought I was about to die, the driver turned the wheel a little to the right.

I fell to the ground but reflexively rolled to the side to avoid the oncoming truck.

Finally the truck stopped, and although I was lucky not to be run over, my head was hit by a rock. My blood came out a lot. Before I went into a coma, I raised my hand to touch it. Red blood stained my arm.

My belly suddenly pain, I reflexively put my hand on my belly. Baby, You had to be strong, we had to wait for your father to come save us. We would both be fine. Just get rid of Kate and James, we wouldn't need to fear anything anymore.
