Hera tried to shake off her awkwardness. For the past 30 minutes, she and Sean had been sitting in silence like this, facing each other.

She didn't know why Sean had invited her to a restaurant in the afternoon, but Hera didn't dwell on it. In fact, she was grateful that Sean hadn't invited her to a hotel or something similar. She felt safe this time, she thought.

"Do you not like the food you ordered?" Sean asked suddenly, looking at Hera who had been visibly uneasy since earlier. Even when their food arrived, she still showed it quite clearly.

"No, of course everything is delicious. I just feel a bit awkward, sorry," Hera finally said honestly. Somehow, it felt difficult to lie to this man. His aura was strong and intimidating. Quite strange.

"Just relax. I just wanted to have my lunch, albeit late, but it doesn't matter. I happened to choose this restaurant because it's close to your workplace, right? So, I invited you along," Sean explained while continuing to enjoy his steak.
