Chapter 31 The Mating Party

We arrive at the party, which is deep in the middle of the woods that surrounds our packs border. There are hundreds, if not a thousand werewolves here already and it’s early!

I look around and take in the scenery as I’m getting out of Reggie’s truck. “I hope I find my mate tonight, said Reggie.” We start walking and get closer to the large gathering. He’s looking around and sniffing the air to see if he can smell his mate. Almost every wolf here is doing that.

Everyone here is looking their absolute best. I notice most of the she wolves have on very classy dresses is if it’s a ball or cocktail event. Some are dressed down in summer dresses but still look pretty nice. I’m not interested though, I have chosen my mate.

It’s not like I have a good chance of EVER finding a Goddess gifted mate, because less than half of wolves do. I am very happy with my selection of a mate. I start to wonder what time my Luna will be here? I texted her to come so we can be together outside of the packhous
