The Royal secret

Once upon a time, There were two realms but they shared one planet called earth.  You all know the earth's story. I want to tell the story of Uma and its protector. This realm was in the deepest part of the earth and it is named Uma. Earth and Uma were created with beautiful things within both parts but Uma was made significantly different. On Earth, the first created humans were Adam from which came Eve using Adam’s rib but on Uma their names were Ari and Elah. Though they are almost exactly the same there came a great difference when Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit yet Ari and Elah did not. This created a dilemma so to solve this great problem a seal was created in which no man shall pass so that evil and sin may not fall into Uma. I am Ena Garlina Harrell, Princess and protector of Uma. The seal that was made to protect Uma was placed within the eldest child of Ari and Elah, as a gift to them and their children’s children and so on. They built a kingdom that worships God in all they do and God created more people to live on Uma to worship and give him thanks. I was born in Ari and Elah’s direct bloodline, my father is Joseph Harrell, King of Uma. For years on years a male was the first born except now. Upon my birth on October 31, 1385, the seal between Uma and earth began to weaken due to evil coming from within and I must tell you how it happened. On my sixteenth birthday everything changed, for a royal secret was revealed. That evening mother and I were on our afternoon walk through my garden, she seemed very distracted today.

“Is everything well, mother?” I asked as I looked at my marigolds.

“Yes, yes my child.” She paused then continued. “Promise me that you’ll love me no matter the situation.” She stared deeply into my eyes.

A bit scared I replied, “Yes, mother, I will love you no matter what.” One of my mother’s ladies came and informed us that supper was ready. Mother hurried off to the dining hall as if she had something she had to do. I followed her naturally, walking down the hall wondering what she was up to. As I sat at the table I saw all the food my parents ate horse, duck, lettuce, vegetables and chicken. I stuck to my special diet which was tomato soup. The usual silence was upon the dining room but this day Mother broke the silence.

“Joseph?” she called nervously to the king.

“Yes, Rosita.” He answered. She then looked at him with worry in her eyes and began to speak.

“I believe now that our little Ena is all grown up, I think it’s time I repented of my sins.” She stared blankly and depressed at the food in the middle of the table.

“Out with it!” Father demanded. Mother looked at me with tears falling from her face.

“I cannot have children; I have known this since I was a young girl. Upon marrying my King I knew you would want an heir to the throne. The only way I felt was going to help was to bargain with Lucifer. I gave my soul so that I may produce a proper true heir to the throne. He said the child will have a choice to inherit his kingdom but will forever reign over our Umaian kingdom. He also told me he will let me give my king a daughter that will make her parents proud in all beauty, strength and knowledge.” She finished whispering that she was terribly sorry.
