We made our way to the dungeon cell to see my mother. I have never been to this area of the castle. My Father had the look he has always had when it came to my mother. Dread. We reached a door deep in the dungeon, it was red in color. He pulled out a key that was fashioned into a half heart. I suddenly felt sad for him. When he swung the heavy door open and my mother stood in the middle of the room, bowing to my father as we entered the room.

She looked up and smiled nervously, “Daughter, I haven’t seen you in a while, How have you been?”

“I've been better.” I said coldly. She looked at me with concern in her eyes. She put her hand up to touch my forehead but I pushed her hand away. Her eyes grew teary and I walked towards the sitting chair. 

Taking my seat I got straight to the point, “Mother, When I was born did you force Abigail to participate in a wedding ceremony for Joshua and myself?”
