Serenity's POV

"This is fucking bullshit and you know it. I never attacked the Luna. After I was thrown in the dungeon last night after getting in trouble for going to the waterfall, one of you or the Luna herself inflicted those injuries because there is no way I could of done it with a dislocated shoulder, a fractured shoulder and having my head slammed into the cell wall. I was already injured before seeing you from beatings from the Savage Six earlier that day." I yelled.

The pack gasps in surprise, outrage and a range of other emotions, because I have just disrespected their Alpha with the way I spoke to him.

"Watch your tone with me Serenity, I am your Alpha and you will NOT disrespect me. You will receive 25 lashes every 2 days now instead of 20 and on top of that you will be chained in silver cuffs while this happens so you won't heal as quick. One more outburst and I will kill you right now." my father replies to me angrily.

Lowering my head I say "Yes Alpha".

My brother Skylar walks towards me and I see he has a blindfold in his hand. Knowing better than to argue or fight I let him cover my eyes.

Now that my sight is gone I will not know when the whipping will start.

"I want everyone to take a lesson from today that no matter who you are all actions have consequences. Even though this vile whore is unfortunately my daughter, she will not receive any special treatment for her crimes and lack of respect. We have been lenient when it comes to Serenity with alot of things. Today we show that we will not tolerate anything from anyone.

Sutton has requested to be the one to deliver the punishment and I have granted his request. We added nightshade berry juice to the wolfsbane to make this punishment more painful.

Take this as a warning. Guard remove the t-shirt Serenity is wearing." my father informs the pack and asks the guard standing near him.

Reece the guard standing near my father walks forward and rips my shirt off leaving me in my sports bra and leggings.

Fuck if Sutton is the one delivering my punishment if I survive today I will be surprised. I know full well he will make this hurt.

Sutton is the most psychotic, sadistic and malicious person I know.

My other brothers are sadistic but Sutton is on a completely different level to them. I always wondered if he turned out this way due to being the middle child and also because he lost his twin brother Stryker when they were 3.

Stryker died of wolfsbane poisoning when an assassination attempt on my father went wrong. My father's water had been spiked with wolfsbane and it just so happened that Stryker drank father's drink and died instead of father.

I can hear Sutton walking towards me quietly and the soft clink of the silver whip.

Waiting for that first strike is absolutely torturous. After what feels like an hour I hear Sutton stop behind me, knowing that the pain will start anytime

As I wait for the inevitable my nerves kick in, I just want this to be over with but I know Sutton is going to fuck with my head just for his entertainment.

5 minutes have passed and all that's happened is Sutton has walked circles around me while dragging the whip to fuck with my head.

While I'm thinking how much of an asshole he is the first lashing of the whip hits my lower back, I gasp out in surprise, then the pain kicks in aswell as the burning from the silver, nightshade and wolfsbane.

"Now you cunt of a thing! You are going to count every single hit you receive" Sutton growls at me.

Each hit has so much force behind it that I'm barely able to stop from screaming in pain. The pain is excruciating and I can't talk to Artemis at the moment either because of the wolfsbane.

If I survive this it will be by the moon goddesses grace that I do.

I am sweating profusely and can feel the blood dribbling down my back from the opens wounds.

I am starting to have trouble holding myself up and tears are streaming down my face.

"Just remember you deserve this you stupid cunt. You show no respect to any of us and never seem to learn your place, no matter how much you get punished." Sutton yells.

I am starting to get weaker and weaker as the wolfsbane and nightshade work it's way into my body. I'm starting to hallucinate and see some pretty messed up shit thanks to the nightshade. I am dizzy, I have thrown up everything I can now I'm just dry retching now. I don't know at this point how I haven't bled out. I'm just wishing this would end.

I can't help but think that this will be the time that they finally kill me. Moon goddess let me die please.

"147" I whisper softly barely able to stay conscious.

"That's an extra 5 lashes for the way you spoke to father earlier bitch" Sutton sneers.

He drops the whip on the ground, spits on my back, stomps my head facedown into the dirt then walks away.

I stay were I am as I'm still bound and I have no energy to move and if I did have the energy I wouldn't be able to due to the pain I'm in.

"As you can all tell I will not take disrespect lightly no matter who you are. Serenity still has 2 months in the dungeon to go as part of her punishment. She will be moved there as soon as the pack doctor clears her to.

I want her healed first so she can feel the pain and not die before she finishes her punishment." My father addresses the pack.

I'm fighting so hard to stay conscious when I feel the the collar get taken of my neck followed by the handcuffs.

Everything is becoming fuzzy and muffled so I know that i don't have much time till the darkness takes me.

I see shadows move around me and voices that sound really far away.

I'm gently lifted off the ground and placed onto something soft on my stomach.

I can feel we are moving quickly. When we get inside I can hear alout of yelling and shouting going on. There is lots of movement around me.

My eyes can't stay open any longer and as I let go to slip into the darkness I swear I hear someone say "Hold on Serenity, I will do everything I can to save you. I promised your gran to watch out for you and I have failed that."

As I am taken by the darkness my last thought is
