Alys woke up a little confused. She was in her old bedroom and she felt like a weight was pressing down on her. Then she realized there was a weight pressing down on her. It was Aiden. Alys smiled at her mom from her little nest of blanket. It smelled liked Aiden and it made her feel safe and calm. It had been a really busy morning and she was glad everyone seemed to be genuinely happy she was there. She already really liked Sara, she had such a warm and loving personality. As they walked together downstairs Aiden pointed out the different floors and what were on them, as a basic tour to start. Then they went down the hall off the stairs on the main floor, towards a lot of talking. They walked into a large room which looked like it could be a ball room but was currently set up much like a large dinning room with tables spread out around the room and along the back wall was a counter that was being replenished with food. “This is the dinning hall. Most of the unmated pack members eat their meals here. We have a full time staff just for cooking the meals. I’ll have to introduce you to the head chef later.
