Waking up next to him - part I

The day had already dawned, but Ana was still sleeping while Carlos' eyes were on her.

Having her sleeping in his room in his bed only increased the hatred he felt, but he needed to keep this feeling hidden to successfully execute his plan.

Carlos had given up his previous plan of pretending to have spent the night with her, after all, it would not have been in good taste to have slept with her without having her permission. Maybe this would scare her, and that was not what he wanted.

Ana moved from side to side, giving a sign that she was going to wake up, so Carlos wrapped the towel around her waist and waited for her to notice his presence.

"Good morning!" seeing that she wasn't opening her eyes, he decided to get her attention.

"Good morning!" wait, good morning?

Ana knew that voice, and it was not Clara's voice, but that of her boss. "What the hell did I do?" she thought as she slowly brought her eyes to the almost naked male figure standing before her.

"Please tell me that what I'm thinking didn't happen," she wondered.

She quickly looked down at his body that was covered by the sheet and wished she was wearing clothes, but when she lifted him up, she realized that she was only in her underwear and cried out.

"What's that?"

Carlos approached her, but she kicked him.

"Don't come any closer," she warned him, but he just smiled, seeing her desperation.

"What do you think happened here?" he asked as he adjusted the towel that narrowly missed falling off.

"What do you think?" she replied with her eyes fixed on the towel that was over his body.

Surely sleeping with him shouldn't have been a bad thing, but not remembering anything was scary.

"Let me explain...we drank, the driver brought us to my apartment, and since you were so drunk, I thought it's best to let you sleep here."

"E?"

"And what?"

"You know, you're almost naked and I, well, I look like this."

Ana pointed to her clothes strewn across the floor.

"No, we don't sleep together... I mean, we do, but we really only sleep."

"And why are you just in a towel? And why am I without clothes?"

"I don't know about your clothes, but I'm just in a towel because it's almost time to go to work, so I took a shower."

"Are you sure nothing happened, nothing at all?"

"If you don't believe me, just look at your body."

"Huh?"

"You still have something on him, and not to brag, but if we had actually spent the night together now, you'd be all 'marked' and would certainly remember all the details."

Those words made her blush, making clear the shame she was feeling at that moment.

"Ana, not wanting to be a terrible host, but when do you plan to go to work?"

"What time is it?"

"You have half an hour to be at work."

" That's it?"

She jumped out of bed and wrapped herself in the sheet and tried to grab her clothes.

"Since I woke up early, I took the liberty of ordering some clothes that would probably fit you." Carlos had ordered some clothes and placed them on the armchair in his room. "I hope you like the black color, as it is the prettiest lingerie I have found."

He left a box on the bed and left.

"You've got to be crazy!"

Ana was in disbelief at what her eyes were seeing. "The worst part is that it's my size." Her eyes were on the lingerie he had placed on the bed, "A real crazy one, but tasteful."

She looked at the clothes that were on the armchair.

"Sorry, I forgot my shirt," he said, walking back into the bedroom.

Ana didn't know how a man's pants could be so nice, or was it the person wearing them who made them that way. Either way, Ana couldn't deny that her boss was a great catch and also a very handsome man.

"Ana?"

Carlos noticed her gazes on his buttocks.

"Yes?"

"Aren't you going to get ready?"

"Yes, I will, I will..." she couldn't disguise her glances at Carlos' buttocks. "Some with so much and some with almost nothing," she whispered.

"What did you say?"

"Nothing! Where is the bathroom?"

"In front of you."

"Oh, I hadn't realized."

"I did." He smiled and withdrew.

"Don't smile like that, or I'll fall apart," she thought.

All Ana could think was that if his meds were killing his libido, the alcohol was sharpening it.

As she entered the bathroom, she bumped into a huge tub and took a few steps back, but after taking a deep breath, she was able to take her shower.

"He thought of everything," she said as she saw a toothbrush sealed in the bathroom sink.

"Are you going to be long?" he shouted from the living room.

"I'm just finishing up."

She chose a blue dress that fit her body well.

"Do you need help?"

He asked as he watched her try to zipper up her dress.

"I think so!"

Ana turned to lead her back to him as he zipped up the dress.

"Lift your hair."

His husky voice so close to her made even her hair tremble.

She lifted her hair, letting her tattoo on the back of her head show.

"What? Did the zipper break?"

She asked as she realized that he hadn't finished zipping up the zipper on her dress.

"That tattoo, what does that mean?" With his thumb, he touched it gently.

When she felt his touch, she involuntarily brought her right hand to the back of her neck, thus accidentally touching Carlos' hand.

"It means... never give up."

She pulled away a little, but felt it when his hand on her waist brought her closer to him, and so he finished closing her dress.

"Now it's my turn!"

Carlos placed two different colored ties in front of her.

"Um, red."

"Right!"

Face to face with him, she realized the difference from when they were in the car, and she had to put on his tie, she realized how tall he really was.

Seeing her difficulty in putting the tie on, he just spread his legs a little, getting a little shorter.

"I miss the smell of your moisturizer."

His comment caused Ana to look into his eyes, but she quickly looked away.

"There!"

Carlos picked up his briefcase and walked to his car.

"Good morning Mr. Carlos, good morning Miss Ana," the driver greeted them.

"Good morning," she smiled at him.

"Before we go to the company, stop by Ana's hotel. " He opened the car door for her to get in.

"I thought we were running late."

She said as he sat down next to her.

"We are! But, like I said, I missed the smell of your moisturizer."

The way he spoke disconcerted her.
