“Do you have a passport?”

The question took me off guard.

“As in a passport photograph or…”

Anthony smirked as he turned off the car and faced me. His eyes swept over my body before he fixed it on mine. I swallowed at the intensity of his eyes and looked down at my hands resting on my lap.

“I want to take you out of the country.”

My eyes went wide. What the fuck did he just say? I had to whip my head around to stare at him, gaping.

“I… No, I don’t have any. W-why?”

He smiled and placed his hand on my thigh, sending shivers through my body and making me hot between my legs.

“My assistants have made you stressed and it’s all because of me. So, I want to take you somewhere to relax,” he said.

I was stunned, too stunned to speak. This man I had just met wanted me to travel to another country with him. What if he was a trafficker or did some shady business?

“Stop overthinking,” he said and cupped my chin and pulled me close.
