Chapter 23

"I thought you are missing."

I looked at my side and frown. Nero is leaning against the door of his unit. Isa pa 'to eh. Sakit din sa ulo. 

"Talk to the wall." Irritated, I went to the door of my unit and get the key out from my shoulder bag. Pumasok ako sa loob at didiretso na sana sa couch nang may humawak sa braso ko. As if a self-defense, pinilipit ko ang kamay ng humawak sa akin.

"Damn it!" 

Napatili ako at nabitawan ang kamay ni Nero. Nakahawak ang kaliwang kamay niya sa kaniyang kanang braso habang napapadaing sa akit.

"The heck! What are you doing in here? 'Yan tuloy!" Paninisi ko sa kaniya.

After several deep breathings, he started to calm down and the pain is decreasing. 

"The door is open. You didn't lock it."

I arched a brow. "But that doesn't mean that I want you here inside!"
