Nadia POV

“Listen to me, the witches are here, and it appears that the Nordic witch could possibly be here too” Anxiety washed all over my body as he made mention of this.

“But she was said to attack in three days from now!” Dante replied.

“We don't understand why she had changed her mind, but as it stands, we need all hands on deck” The King indicated as he headed out of the throne room, while Levi followed him.

Dante and I followed suit, as we didn't know what we were to do at this point. As we walked through the hallway, Alina stepped out of her room and held a sword behind her; she seemed to have been briefed about the battle as well.

Levi and Alina were in my sight, and they had the same look of worry as I had within me.

“I am uncertain if we are ready for this war. It came unexpectedly!” Alina stated to Levi, who seemed not to pay close attention.

“But we have no choice for real, all we need to do is to make sure to hold them back from penetrating the borders” Levi finally repli
