Nadia POV

The night was cold and several members of the coven had apparently gone to bed. I walked through the long path separating houses in the coven apart. The night may be pitch black, but I could still make out possible figures which was approaching my direction.

Upon coming towards my view, I realized it was the Nostic witch. Many tales have been told about the old woman. So many people believed she was rather much quiet because she knows the entire secret to attaining great power. Although I found the entire tale a myth, it couldn't be possible ignored.

"Can you help me child? I am completely exhausted and the loads are too heavy for me at this point." She revealed, upon laying eyes on me. It would be our first encounter together and even though there were flying rumours about her, I volunteered to help her.
