CHAPTER TEN.

He imagined her knit her brows together at the question and frown, her white face turning into a shade of red and he smiled inwardly.

"We are going to announce our engagement today Ron, why else will I be here?" Her tone was high and though he had his eyes closed, he knew that she was fuming with anger. He wondered why the girl always got angry at the slightest provocation and he wondered if the both of them would last in holy matrimony.

"Oh."

She gasped. "Don't tell me you forgot about this."

He shrugged. "Maybe."

She gasped again then silence. "Why are you always so distant towards me and everything that has to do with us, our relationship?" Her tone was calm and if he hadn't knew better, he would think she was crying.
