CHAPTER EIGHTEEN.

NARRATOR'S POV.

What woke her up the next day after she returned from her vacation with Ron wasn't the alarm. It was Delores knocking on the door. She had told the girl about her return immediately Ron dropped her off last night so she wasn't surprised that the girl was standing infront of her door the very next day.

When she woke up, she grudgingly went to open the door for the knocker because she knew it was Delores. The morning was sunless but it was not too cold either, the temperature was just okay. When she opened the door, the first thing Delores did was hug her. It was a tight hug and she too, tightened her grip. They had missed each other dearly.

When they disengaged from the hug, Delores walked into the house and went straight to go sit on a couch in the living room. Sarah followed her to the living room and she too, found a couch and sat on it. The two women stared at each other for a while and Delores could not help but notice how radiant her friend was.
