CHAPTER SIX

HUSSAIN woke up happily the next morning, she's excited about her first rehearsal.

You mean you're excited about meeting Tymo again. The back of her mind said, making her shake her head.

Kinagat niya ang labi at tinampal ang noo. Ano self? May gusto ka na ron? Ang bilis mo naman ma-fall!

Di ba pwedeng crush lang muna? Sabi ulit ng utak niya. And yes, she's talking to herself like she always does when she's guilty about something.

She's guilty looking forward to seeing Tymo instead of looking forward about their first rehearsal together.

A knock on her door woke her from her reverie. "You awake, little sis?" she heard her kuya Liam's voice on the other side of the door.

She fixed her dress before opening the door. "Yes, kuya. Good morning!" she beamed at him and kissed his cheeks.

Her kuya Liam just smiled at her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"What's your schedule for today, princess?" tanong ng kuya niya habang pababa sila ng hagdan. 

She bit her lower lip to hide her smile. "Hmm… I have a rehearsal today with Tymoteusz, kuya." 

Napatingin ang kuya niya sakanya dahil sa sinabi niya. 

"Saan kayo? Do you want me to drive you?" pagtatanong nito. 

Umiling siya rito at ngumiti. "He'll fetch me, kuya so, don't worry na. Hahatid niya rin ako pag-uwi." sambit niya. 

Napatango-tango naman ang kuya niya at naglakad na sila papuntang dining room nila. Pagdating nila roon ay sila na lang ang kulang. Her kuya Logan is in the middle seat, reading the newspaper. While her younger brothers are busy eating. 

Pinaghila muna siya ng upuan ng kuya Liam niya bago ito umupo sa tabi ng kuya Logan niya. 

"Good morning, princess. Narinig ko kay Liam na may rehearsal ka raw?" bati ni Logan sakanya. 

She happily nodded at him. "Yes po, kuya. Baka rin ma-late ako ulit ng uwi gaya nang meeting namin." 

"Alright, just call us to update from time to time, okay?" sabi nito at ngumiti sakanya. 

"Yes po, kuya!" 

Then they continued talking about school, friends and work while eating breakfast. Her older brothers made sure to always check on them kahit gaano pa ka-busy ang mga ito kaya hindi nawala ang bond nilang magkakapatid. She sure has the best brothers in the world.

They laughed at Apollo's stories, ito kasi ang mas nagbabantay sa dalawa pang nakababata sakanila lalo na kapag may training siya sa kumpanya nila. 

Mukhang nagpapasaway si Tyler at Axis kapag wala sila. 

"Tyler, dapat wag na masyadong mag-pasaway kay kuya Apollo niyo, okay?" singit niya sa tawanan. 

Agad namang tumingin sakanya si Tyler at nangingiting tumango sakanya. "Opo, ate!" 

"Alright, done na me! Ako na lang maghuhugas habang wala pa 'yung sundo ko." sambit niya at tumayo na. 

"Sure ka, princess? Baka madumihan dress mo, ako na lang since mamaya pa ang pasok ko." tigil sakanya ng kuya Liam niya. 

Umiling siya rito at ngumiti. "I can manage naman, kuya. Mag ready ka na lang po tapos ihatid mo na lang sila Axis sa school para hindi na mapalayo si kuya Logan, ang alam ko may investor siyang ka-meeting today." sabi niya ng marahan dito. 

"You knew about it, princess?" tanong ng kuya Logan niya. 

Tinanguan niya ito. 

"Yes po, I just heard about it. Good luck, kuya!" 

Logan smiled at her cooperation and Liam looked at her proudly, they raised their princess well, they thought. 

They bid they're goodbyes after that. Hussain happily washed the dishes as she waits for Tymo to arrive. 

TYMO made sure that his studio is well cleaned before Hussain comes in kaya naman maaga siyang umalis ng bahay nila at nilinisan niya ang studio ng mabuti. 

He cleaned every drawer and chair he has, and he already sprayed his perfume around. 

Dinukot niya ang cellphone mula sa bulsa at tinawagan si Hussain. 

"Hey, morning." bati niya rito. 

"Good morning too. Malapit ka na ba?" tanong nito sakanya. 

"Uhm, no, not yet, baka ma-late ako ng thirty minutes, okay lang ba?" marahan niyang tanong. 

He heard her sigh before she replied. "Oo naman, call ka na lang kapag malapit ka na, ha? Ingat!" 

He smiled, hearing some concern in her voice.

"Yeah, thank you. See you in thirty, Sain." he said before hanging up. 

He sighed in contentment. Maybe, I'm starting to like her. He immediately took a bath and fixed himself para masundo na niya si Hussain. 

He checked himself again in the mirror before he left to fetch Hussain. Not only that, but he's humming happily while driving. Furthermore, he's excited to see her again, even though they're just together yesterday. 

He honked his car when he arrived at her house, completely forgotten about calling her. 

"I forgot to call her." he murmured and scratched his cheeks. 

He immediately got his phone and dialed her number. "Hey…" nahihiyang bati niya ng sagutin nito ang tawag. 

"Hey you too, I told you to call me kapag malapit ka na. Wait for me?" sambit nito sa kabilang linya. 

He nodded kahit hindi naman siya nakikita nito. "Yeah, take your time, sorry." 

Agad siyang bumaba ng sasakyan para antayin si Hussain. After five minutes, nakita niyang papalabas na si Hussain kaya sinalubong nita ito. 

"Hey again." bati niyang muli at ngumiti rito. 

Hussain smiled back at him. "Hey again, Tymo." she greeted and chuckled. 

Inabot niya ang bag na dala nito, "May I?" tanong niya. 

Hussain looked at him surprised. "Are you sure? My bag looks to girly for you get-up." natatawang anito sakanya. 

He smirked and nodded. 

"It's girly, yes, but it's black, so it will be fine." ika niya at kinuha na ang bag nito at sinabit niya ito sa balikat niya. 

Hussain smiled looking at him, naglakad na sila papalapit sa sasakyan nito. Agad naman siya nitong pinagbuksan ng pinto na lalo niyang ikinangiti. 

Always a gentleman. 

"Thank you." she murmured. 

"Welcome, Sain." he replied and winked at her playfully. 

She just shook her head sa kakakulitan nito. Pumasok na rin ito ng sasakyan matapos siyang alalayan. 

"Seatbelts, madam." anito sakanya. 

"Oh, right." agad naman niyang inayos ang seatbelt niya at pinaandar na ang sasakyan matapos. 

"Nag breakfast ka na?" she opened up. 

Napasulyap si Tymo sakanya at umiling ng bahagya. Hussain gasped, among oras na kaya! 

"Why? It's almost nine o'clock. Daan ka sa drive-thru, Tymo. Kain ka muna bago tayo mag start." sabi niya. 

Tymo played with his lower lip. He felt good hearing her worries about him. 

"Alright, gusto mo rin ba kumain ulit?" 

"Sure, sabayan kita since malungkot kumain mag-isa." 

Hussain saw the glint of happiness in Tymo's eyes as they eat together when they arrived at his studio. 

He looks so free and genuine. I wonder why?
