Chapter twenty one - Drama queen

Marcus POV

Sun rays slipped into the room through the slightly parted curtains and fell directly on my face. I sizzled and stirred from the bed. I glanced at the bedside clock and it was a few minutes after seven in the morning.

I yawned and sighed, I had worked late in the night and went to bed at midnight. I wanted to clear up any pending work and emails because I didn't want anything that would interrupt my dinner date with Myra.
