Chapter thirteen- Sleeping beauty

Myra’s POV

I woke up to a big bang on the door, who could be knocking aggressively like this?

I turned to look at the alarm clock beside the bed and it was already 7.00 am, I yawned and stretched my body still not feeling like getting out of bed.

“Huh” one of that lazy days I assume, another banging on the door followed by Damian’s angry voice

“ Can you open this door guess you have suddenly turned into a sleeping beauty”

I jumped out of the bed immediately and ran to unlock the door, and came face to face with an angry Damian, he roughly held my hands and stepped inside the room, and pushed me to the floor.

He looked down and said, “I don't employ sluggish humans, if you think because you are my wife, I will condone nonsense then you will have to think again.” He sighed and turned to leave the room then stopped midway and said “make sure to be in the company by 8.00 on the dot” with that he left the room and slammed the door shut.

“Phew” So much for a new day
