Nick POV

We have been driving around for a while, but Mariah still looks pissed. I wonder what Mila told her to get her to snap.

“Are you okay?” I ask.

“Yeah, I’m fine. I shouldn’t have let her get to me.” Mariah replies.

“Do you want to talk about it?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

“Not right now; what I want is something to eat and then dessert.” She replies with a smirk.

“The dessert part sounds interesting; care to tell me what kind of dessert we are talking about?” I say, and I put my hand on her thigh and squeeze it gently.

“How about we get some food in me first, then we can talk about dessert?" She says it flirtatiously.

“Whatever my queen wants, my queen gets.” I replied and winked at her.

“How about Chinese? I have been wanting it all day.” She says it with a pout.

“Chinese is perfect, but we will order it to go, and we can go to my hotel and watch a movie or make a movie; how does that sound?” I ask.

“Sounds like the perfect date.” She responds with a huge smile.
