Chapter 7 – The Silhouette

It was around past midnight, Gordon, Maxwell, Jim and Scott were in the living room, having a drink while they were talking about today’s event and how everything has work out well.

“When are you going to leave for Elders’ land” Jim asked Maxwell, as he knows once Maxwell is gone he will have nothing interesting to do, he is amused to know he has never think about his own retirement.

“I will be leaving early morning on next Monday.” Maxwell told him.

“Why you are leaving so early I thought you have one month time before going there.” Gordon questioned Maxwell.

“What will I do for one month sitting idle, the sooner I go its better and my son, we both know you don’t need my guidance. You are more than capable.” Maxwell praised his son.
