Chapter Eight

ANDREA

I was lying on the cold ground of the cell. Lying with dried bones didn’t sit too well for me, but I was tired and needed to rest. My stomach grumbles for the umpteenth time today, and that’s a reminder that my stomach was empty, with the rush of the party last night I couldn’t stomach any food and I thought I would have a chance to taste some food, but who am I kidding.

I sighed again and sniffed, I swallowed the tears wanting to come out. I’ve promised myself that I won’t cry, whatever that’s coming my way I’ll accept it, even death. My closed eyes snapped open when I heard the huge door opened, I got up to see who walked in or who they brought in. But imagine my surprise when I saw it was that Fred guy from earlier, I stared at him consciously as he inserts the key and opened the door of my cell.
