"Ma'am I haven't seen Krystal anywhere," Chris whispered in my ears.

"What do you mean? I saw her leave the house with you." I said and he stared in disbelief.

"I haven't seen Krystal ma'am. I haven't even been to the house…." He was talking when one of his guys on black interrupted.

"Sir, we've dear he'd everywhere, we can't find her." He said in a hush.

"Krystal's nowhere to be found." Chris completed, affirming my thoughts and confirming my fears.

Krystal would have gone to Lucas. That daft! I boiled in rage.

"I know where Krystal is, Chris. Just let me handle it." I said calmly.

"No. Anne, you'll handle nothing. You should have done better by making sure she didn't escape." He screamed at my face, hissed, and left.

Anger filled my veins. My jaw hurts from the too much pressure I applied in clenching my teeth.

Lucas! I'll make sure you pay dearly. I turned to leave but was stopped by Yolanda.
