Chapter 3

"Mr. Will…" The lady started.

"What the hell is going on here?!" Daniel interrupted, his voice firm. Addison had never heard Daniel curse.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Williams" She bowed.

"Who are you?" He asked.

"This is Emily Smith," James interjected. "the newly appointed assistant head of the marketing team."

Daniel moved towards her, his height looming over her. "Who do you think you are to harass my wife like that? Have you gone mad?!"

"W...wife?" Emily stuttered, looking up, eyes wide open in astonishment.

"I'm so sorry sir, I never meant to do that to your wife. I must have mistaken her for someone else. It was an accident please." She hurriedly pleaded in fear.

"Amelia, are you okay?" He turned to Addison, she nodded.

'Amelia?' Emily thought

"You're fired" He simply stated, and walked away, pulling Addison along with him.

"Sir, please…" She begged.

"Make sure to clear your desk before the end of today" James said before he walked away.

"Are you sure you're fine?" Daniel continued once they had gotten into his grand office.

"I'm fine" Addison replied.

"Do you know the woman?" He asked.

"I don't remember of course," Addison was beyond perplexed. How could someone just attack her out of nowhere? "but she seemed to know me."

"Just forget about it, she's never stepping foot into this building again? He assured

"Addison" she added abruptly, "she had called me Addison"

"Never mind about it, she's a mad woman"

But Addison couldn't simply forget it, something was wrong and she was determined to find it out.

"I'd like to go home now" she said, still shaken by what had just transpired.

"James, take her home" He ordered.

When she got home, she began searching the albums and her items for any clue that could lead to the woman she had encountered today. She found nothing so she called her attendant. "Anita, would you remember if I was ever acquainted with any Emily?"

"I'm not fully aware of all your acquaintances but I never heard of an Emily from you, ma'am"

'So who the hell was she?'

Addison went down to Daniel's study. She caught him busy skimming through some documents. The lights were off, the only source of light was a table lamp and the moonlight which streamed in from the window. He looked so majestic.

"Hey, how're you doing now?" he said, catching her gaze.

"I'm okay" she came in. "You weren't around for dinner."

"Yea, had to handle some minor issues at work." his deep voice resounded in the dark.

"What kind of issues?" Addison came into light and he let out a tiny gasp. She was dressed in a silk teal nightdress which barely got down to her knees, it accentuated her figure and it was obvious she was wearing nothing underneath.

Addison hadn't worn it for any purpose but as she watched his eyes hungrily rake over her body, her knees buckled and warmth spread over her sensitive parts. She realized what she had done.

"Nothing serious, it's been handled" he absent-mindedly said, standing up and slowly heading towards her.

Her nipples began to harden at his gaze. He came up to her and looked into her eyes, she melted at the sight of those grey eyes she could live in forever. He noticed her breath hasten and he grabbed her and placed her on the table clearing away everything that stood in his way. He didn't break eye contact with her as he slid down one of the tiny sleeves of her nightdress causing her to gasp, this made his gaze grow hungrier. She felt his hands gently and slightly fun against her left nipple through the light fabric, she moaned. 'How was she this hungry?'

She felt his erection against her thighs and that was all she needed to blurt out the words: "I want you inside me…" Before she could finish, he crashed his lips into hers. She gasped as she pushed her against the wall, kissing her hard. His soft lips moved over hers, overpowering hers, overwhelming her. When his tongue grazed hers, she moaned into his mouth. She lost herself in that kiss, in the moment. It was magic in its purest form and her panties were soaked with it.

She grabbed his shoulders and he stopped to gaze at her. "You want it?" he asked, his voice husk with passion.

"More than anything" she replied, her eyes begging.

Daniel took her hand and led her to his bedroom. She paid no cognizance of her surroundings as he proped her on the bed, all she could think about was one thing.

He felt her slip down the bed. She unfastened his pants, eased his briefs over his hips, and brushed the length of his cock with her palm before taking him in her mouth. He sighed, his eyes shut. Addison gave a throaty moan, then rolled her mouth from base to tip.

He pulled her up. He nuzzled against her, his lips on her neck, nibbling and kissing. She moaned, it was her sensitive spot. Before she could recover, he'd rolled her onto her back and slipped inside her. After the first thrust he had to hold still, knowing that if he kept moving, if he gave himself up to the exquisite tightness, the heat, he would explode. He wanted her to come at least once, with him. He wanted it to be good that night. He wanted everything to be perfect.

She gasped and shut her eyes. She had one hand on his shoulder, the other slowly stroking his back.

"You feel so good," she whimpered…and then Daniel couldn't hold back any longer. He plunged inside her, deep into that maddening clutch, that heat. Addison moaned, her breath against his face, her voice in his ear, urging him on.

"Oh, Amelia," he gasped as she put her lips against his ear, whispering his name over and over, like a chant, or a song, or a prayer until they were done. Addison rolled into his arms, curling herself against his chest while he held her through the night.

When she woke up the next morning, Daniel wasn't beside her. She called on her attendant.

"He had a scheduled meeting very early this morning, but he recommended breakfast for you before he left" Anita told her. Addison smiled, last night had been absolutely amazing.

She dismissed Anita and realized that she was getting a call, it was a private caller.

"Hello, who's this?" She answered.

"Is this Mrs. Williams?" The voice sounded familiar. "It's Emily

… the lady who accidentally… harassed you a few days ago."

Addison became alert. "How do you accidentally harass someone?"

"I'm so sorry, ma'am. Please, can we meet up tomorrow at the company? I'd love to properly apologize to you."

"I'm not going to…" she had no business at the company tomorrow, she wanted to state that but she also had a gut feeling that something wasn't right with this lady. She needed to find out more. "Fine, but they won't let you in. My husband has restricted your access into the build..."

"I know how to get to the rooftop." She interrupted. "Can we meet by 3?"

"Fine." She said and Emily hung up.

She wasn't sure she was making the right decision. This lady seemed to behave very oddly towards her. But some part of her was pushing her to see her and learn more about the issue. Did she know something important that she had forgotten? And who the hell was Addison?

Emily was already at the rooftop when Addison had gotten there.

"Hello" Emily greeted. "I'm so sorry for my improper behavior towards you the other day" she said, insincerity written all over her face.

"Surely that isn't why you have called here" Addison interjected.

"Oh," Emily said, a smug smile appearing on her face "have you finally restorrreeed your memory"

'What on earth was she talking about?'

"What do you mean?" Addison asked, befuddled.

"You know…" Emily folded her hands, circling Addison."I did some digging because I was afraid I was only hallucinating…" she paused, coming to her front. "Guess what I discovered?"

"What?!" Her voice was shaking now.

"Addison, Addison, Addison" Emily laughed "why would you lie? Were you so desperate to get away from me? You lost your memory? Oh, how perfectly convenient" she scoffed.

Addison stared at her in confusion.

"Tell me… how does someone die from an accident and get recorded as dead from drowning, Addison?" Emily continued.

"What the hell are you talking about?!!!" Addison was screaming now. "Why the hell do you out keep calling me that?!!"

Emily grabbed her hair from behind and pushed her. Addison fell. "How dare you tell at me like that?! Do you think I'm stupid?" He eyebrows rose in anger. "The entire world can be foolish enough to believe you're actually some Amelia who lost her memory, but I know better. I know you!!"

Tears began to fall from Addison's eyes and she lay on the floor watching Emily. She could barely even put together what Emily was talking about.

"You haven't begun crying yet. I'll expose you for everything you are very soon. Just wait…and carefully watch." Emily concluded before walking away.

Addison calmed down and got up from the ground. It was just then that someone came from behind her. Addison turned from the sound of someone approaching and was met with the sight of a tall blonde man in a swim suit.

"Oh!" He said walking down to the rails "I didn't know someone was up he…" He paused and looked at her. "Are you…are you crying?!"

"No" she denied wiping her eyes with a sniff.

"You're a terrible liar" he said as he walked up to her with a napkin.

"Thanks" she said, taking it from his hands.

"Who gave it to you?" He chuckled and she got lost by the sight of his perfect teeth. She looked up and noticed his bright ocean-blue eyes.

"What in hell are you doing in a swimsuit?" She asked, interrupting her own thoughts.

He gave her a quizzical look. "You don't…you don't know how I am?"

"Who are you?"

"No one" he smiled looking away from her "Nevermind about it"

"I'm sorry, I lost my memory, so I don't really remember anyone"

"Oh." he said in realization. "You're the son-of the-chairman's wife, right?"

"Yea…how do you know?"

"Nothing, just do"

"You're a more horrible liar"

"Ha-ha-ha" he burst out laughing and she wondered what about that was funny as she stared at the way his eyes cringed up while he laughed.

"I'm a famous swimmer dumbass, and I work as an ambassador to your husband's dumb company"

"Dumb?" She asked, perplexed.

"You heard me". They laughed in amusement at each other.

"You're unbelievable" she said.

"No, I'm Jared" he corrected.

"What?"

"My name… it's Jared"

She shook her head in disbelief. 'Who on earth was this clown?'

"Amelia" she returned, smiling at him.

"Laughing is so much better than crying, isn't it?" He said.

"Yes… yes it is" She replied, completely forgetting why she had ever been crying in the first place.
