It took me nearly twenty-four hours to find Athena. Esme was keeping her in an underground bunker that was made for prisoners on the coven’s land. Of course Esme knew everything that was going on but Baine on the other hand was in the dark which just didn’t sit right with me.

“With all do respect Elder Esme you are not the high priestess of this land. That duty should fall to Maise since she is of age but most importantly the High Priest is still alive and well so out of respect he should be informed of the discussions and the potential dangers on his land.”
