Chapter 7 - Lunch Part 2

Colt POV

“Is everything okay?” Danica asks, and we both nod our heads as we take our seats at the table. We look at each other when we see Arya returning to her table and sitting next to Amy. She looks flushed, and I enjoy the fact that it is because of us.

I can still feel the tingling feeling on my skin from kissing her. I am almost sure she is our mate. I can feel deep down that there’s something about her. There’s something different about the way she reacts in front of us. I know we cloud her judgement, so she can’t say no to us, but that only happens because that’s what she wants deep down.

“Are you even listening to me?” Danica asks as she shakes my arm.

“What?”, I ask looking at her with puppy eyes.

“I am talking about the party later. What time are you picking me up?” she asks, and I take a deep breath.

“I a
