Chapter 21 - Lead on Arya

Chase POV

“Come on, and you can do better”, Aries shouts at me as I try to escape from his blows to my torso. I have been focusing a lot more on my fighting. Losing Arya has made me go completely insane, and here, in the fighting rink, is the only place I can be myself and allow my body to take over my mind. Colt has been focusing on learning more about computers and that crap, and he thinks he will be able to track her down. She barely owned a phone, and she hated technology, almost as much as I do.

I take a deep breath, passing my hands through my hair, pulling my sweaty strands away from my eyes, and that’s when Aries applies a blow to my ribs that make me flinch. I shake my head and attack him. That’s it, no more distractions. I keep fighting him for about one hour, and by the end, I am lying on my back on the floor, taking deep breaths while the sweat from my body drips onto the floor.
