When Alex had stepped out of his office in rage, he’d gone to his mother’s grave, which also had his father and uncle’s tombstone beside it.

He’d sworn once again to find Vladimir, who had killed his loved ones and make him pay in the cruelest way possible.

As Alex left the cemetery not feeling the urge to go back to his office where he knew Maya would be, he went wherever his legs took him and unfortunately that led him to seeing two men dressed in black suits ganging up against Maya.
